Transnet single to three phase converter for three phase
The single to three phase converter was developed for Electric Locomotives to convert the available single phase power from the overhead transmission to three phase power that can be used on various fan motors, pumps and compressors throughout the locomotive. This converter replaces the old mechanical motor-generator converter as it is much more cost effective, lighter and requires much less maintenance.
